The Tolkien Newsgroups E-text of The Lord of the Rings: Chapter List

Here follow the current chapter assignments for the LotR parody "etext" project. The chapter titles link to the actual files on O. Sharp's site; I'll eventually try to provide working email addresses for all of the chapter authors; let me know if you don't want your address to be here! As a warning, I'm linking to the likely location of each chapter before they're written, so the links on the as-yet-incomplete files (and maybe the most recently completed file or two) will be broken. At some point, I might put this whole thing into a table for easier reading; we'll see. Links to the original Usenet posts (in plain text format) are privided for completed chapters. (Note that this does not include updates made after the original post; I figure that it might be interesting to keep the originals around for posterity, and O. Sharp is keeping his site up to date with revised chapters at least as well as I am.)

Those new to the E-text, like those new to The Lord of the Rings itself, should probably skip the Foreword and Prologue at first, so they are listed at the end instead.
